|Recommended: NoOverpriced — current resident. Parking is always full at night. You have to be in early to get a spot close to your apartment. Trash is always full of junk in the caged area. maintenance is great and fast. Limited to what they can do. For instance, my dishwasher hasn't worked since i moved in. They come and mess with it and it works for a day then doesn't. Then told i have to run it weekly with bleach. I just want it out and it has to stay i guess. It stinks. Will never work right but i have to live with it. The out door tv and gym tv have never worked for 2 years . The gym one you could just buy a remote and program it. The outside one is just for decoration. The pit hasnt worked in months. Since ive lived here there has been 3 complete staff changes.

The apartment is really lovely and everything is working really good, everyone seems so nice to far and the area is really peaceful and also very convenient. I love it

He genuinely cares about you as a tenant, this is very rare for a property manager. We can't say thank you enough Jordan and we will be recommending The Preserve Plum Creek to anyone who needs a place to call home.

|Recommended: YesNice — Preserve at Plum Creek is nice and a small property and everyone is nice. I moved in two weeks ago and still waiting on access to Amazon lockers and had a lot back and forth about documentation and stuff to complete my move in, so definitely need to check on making sure they have everything ready prior to move in. No guest parking is probably the thing I don't like the most. I would like my guest to come over park and not worry about being towed.
|Recommended: NoIt’s different — I’ve lived here for a while and just more recently the quality in people living here and grounds have really just fallen off. We used to do a lot of events as a community and they were sooo fun, that doesn’t happen anymore. There’s dog poop literally everywhere I stopped taking my dogs to the little park we have cause they keep getting infected with intestinal worms. The walk ways are nasty, I remember there was a dead bird and left over food scattered on the concrete when I walked out of my apartment on the second floor it sat there for weeks until a resident picked it up. There’s tall boy cans and 4 loco cans littered randomly on the grounds. I know it’s an apartment complex and there will be pros and cons but the cons have definitely increased since I moved in a few years ago. Hope “new management” can make improvements but I’m not hopeful I’ve seen them once since they took over, talked big game about renovations and improvements on the property months ago.
|Recommended: YesThe responses to messages from tenants is slow — I sent an Email on the 27th regarding a charge that has already been paid and have not heard anything back even though I used the in-house message chat provided in the Preserve app, this was automatically included in my rent even though I sent screenshots showing that has already been paid.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Friendly Staff — This apartment complex is amazing. Also, the staff here is super friendly. Brenda is the sweetest and helped me so much when setting up my lease.
|Recommended: NoApartment Rating — They keep charging us for credit builder even though we cancelled it right away, there are gates but they are constantly broken, and our neighbors have dogs that bark constantly.
|Recommended: YesComfortable and cozy — Just recently moved in to the Preserve Plum Creek, it's a very well maintained apartment complex for the area. Reasonable rates, and the office staff are amazing Samantha and Brenda went above and beyond helping my Son and I ease into this transition.
